About Us
Who We Are
We are an independent parcel tracking platform built specifically for Malta-based online shoppers. Our website is not affiliated with MaltaPost p.l.c., Malta Post, or any government body. We built this tool because we were frustrated with the same problem every Malta resident knows — checking a tracking number on a busy day, getting a blank result or a frozen status, and having nowhere else to turn.
We are a small team of developers and digital specialists based in Malta. We track parcels. That is what we do, and we do it well.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: give every Malta and Gozo resident instant, accurate, and frustration-free access to parcel tracking — at any time, from any device, without navigating through slow portals or outdated third-party aggregators.
We believe that checking where your parcel is should take ten seconds, not ten minutes. Every feature we build, every page we write, and every update we push is guided by one question: Does this make life easier for someone waiting for a delivery in Malta?
What We Offer
We built this platform around the real needs of Malta online shoppers — people buying from Amazon UK, Amazon Italy, US stores, and EU retailers through MaltaPost SendOn, people waiting on domestic registered mail, and people collecting from EasiPik lockers who need to know when their PIN is coming.
What you can do on our platform:
Why We Are Better Than Other Tracking Sites
Several third-party tracking aggregators claim to support MaltaPost. Most of them share three problems: stale data, cluttered interfaces filled with ads, and no content that actually helps you understand what is happening with your parcel.
We do things differently.
Multiple tracking in one search.
Most tools make you enter one number, wait for the result, go back, and enter the next. We let you track [X] shipments simultaneously and see all results on one screen. For regular online shoppers or small businesses receiving multiple deliveries, this alone saves significant time.
No ads cluttering your results.
Our tracking results page shows your parcel status and nothing else. No banner ads. No pop-ups asking you to install an app. Just the information you came for.
Status explanations in plain English.
MaltaPost status codes are not always self-explanatory. “Held at Customs” does not tell you what to do next. We explain what each status means, why it happens, and what action — if any — you need to take. Our tracking results link directly to the relevant guide on our site.
Verified, research-backed content.
Every guide on this website is cross-referenced against official MaltaPost sources, MaltaPost’s own Help Centre, and verified third-party data. We do not publish guesswork. When something changes — new hub addresses, new locker locations, updated opening hours — we update our content.
No registration required.
You do not need to create an account to use our tracker. Paste your number, click track, and get your result. That is the full process.
Our Team
We are a lean team. A developer who got tired of broken tracking pages. A content specialist who wanted Malta parcel information that was actually accurate. Between us, we have spent more hours than we care to admit testing tracking tools, reading MaltaPost FAQs, and mapping locker locations across Malta and Gozo.
We are not a large corporation. We are Malta residents who built a tool we personally wanted to exist.
Operating Hours
Our tracking tool is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and public holidays. The tracker runs automatically and does not require a human operator to return a result.

Our Location
Maltapost Tracking, 305, Triq Ħal-Qormi, Marsa MTP 1001, Malta
We are based in Malta. We understand the local postal landscape, the SendOn process, the EasiPik network, and the specific frustrations Malta residents deal with when parcels go quiet. That local grounding is reflected in everything we publish.
A Note on Our Independence
This website is fully independent. We have no commercial relationship with MaltaPost p.l.c., no access to their internal systems, and no affiliation with any Malta government body. All tracking data we return is sourced from publicly available MaltaPost tracking infrastructure.
We do not speak on behalf of MaltaPost. For official customer care, formal complaints, or service-specific queries, always contact MaltaPost directly:
- Phone: +356 2122 4421
- Email: info@maltapost.com
- Website: maltapost.com/contact-us
We exist alongside the official service — not in place of it. Our job is to make the tracking experience faster and clearer for the people using it.
