We are an independent parcel tracking platform built specifically for Malta-based online shoppers. Our website is not affiliated with MaltaPost p.l.c., Malta Post, or any government body. We built this tool because we were frustrated with the same problem every Malta resident knows — checking a tracking number on a busy day, getting a blank result or a frozen status, and having nowhere else to turn.

We are a small team of developers and digital specialists based in Malta. We track parcels. That is what we do, and we do it well.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: give every Malta and Gozo resident instant, accurate, and frustration-free access to parcel tracking — at any time, from any device, without navigating through slow portals or outdated third-party aggregators.

We built this platform around the real needs of Malta online shoppers — people buying from Amazon UK, Amazon Italy, US stores, and EU retailers through MaltaPost SendOn, people waiting on domestic registered mail, and people collecting from EasiPik lockers who need to know when their PIN is coming.

Every guide on this website is cross-referenced against official MaltaPost sources, MaltaPost’s own Help Centre, and verified third-party data. We do not publish guesswork. When something changes — new hub addresses, new locker locations, updated opening hours — we update our content.

No registration required.

You do not need to create an account to use our tracker. Paste your number, click track, and get your result. That is the full process.

We are a lean team. A developer who got tired of broken tracking pages. A content specialist who wanted Malta parcel information that was actually accurate. Between us, we have spent more hours than we care to admit testing tracking tools, reading MaltaPost FAQs, and mapping locker locations across Malta and Gozo.

We are not a large corporation. We are Malta residents who built a tool we personally wanted to exist.
